Can I change/cancel/return/refund my order after confirmation?

It is impossible to change/cancel an order after confirmation. At Leatherly.co, our products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. All sales are final and will therefore not be exchangeable/returnable.

Please ensure that the correct information regarding your order was submitted prior to checkout and confirmation to avoid disappointment.

I was sent the wrong order, what now?

Rest assured that all orders have been inspected before they are shipped out to you.
